Nostos Sportstech Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, India (“Nostos”, “we”, “us”) sells wellness and recovery equipment to individuals and commercial venues in India.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and, if supplied, your phone number. When you request a partnership, we collect your name, venue name, city, phone number, email address, approximate member count and facility type.

We may also receive limited technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as device, browser, IP address and request logs.

We use this information to answer enquiries, manage waitlist allocations, discuss venue partnerships, provide requested service, prevent misuse, keep business records and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We process information you choose to provide for the purpose shown beside each form. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect lawful processing already completed.

We may share information with contracted service providers that host the website, store submissions, deliver communications or support our operations. They may use it only to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by Indian law or a lawful authority.

Waitlist contact details are retained until the first allocation is completed and for up to 12 months afterward, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or become a customer. Partnership enquiries are retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact.

Purchase, warranty, tax and accounting records may be retained for the periods required under applicable Indian law. Security logs are kept only as long as reasonably needed for security and troubleshooting.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Some service providers may process data outside India. Where that occurs, we require appropriate contractual and security protections, subject to applicable law.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance. Certain records may be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve a dispute.
