These terms govern use of this website and orders placed with Nostos Sportstech Pvt Ltd, Mumbai, India. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and applicable Indian law.

Nostos products are wellness and recovery equipment. They are not presented as medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Product information on this website is general information, not medical advice.

Read and follow all supplied instructions, warnings and fit guidance. Stop use if you experience discomfort. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have a health condition, are pregnant, have recently had surgery or are unsure whether compression equipment is suitable for you.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees and will state whether applicable taxes are included. An order is accepted only when we issue written confirmation. We may correct genuine pricing or availability errors before acceptance and will refund any affected payment if an order cannot proceed.

Venue placements, demonstrations and partnerships are subject to a separate written agreement. A website enquiry does not create a partnership, exclusivity arrangement or commitment to supply.

Products may be imported into India. Availability and delivery timing may be affected by customs clearance, logistics or regulatory requirements outside our reasonable control. Country of origin and importer details will appear on the product or packaging as required by law.

The Nostos name, wordmark, website copy, photographs and visual materials belong to Nostos or are used under licence. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without written permission.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, unauthorised modification or use contrary to supplied instructions.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer forum rights.
